Position is responsible to develop and manage commercial accounts that meet established requirements, focus on customer service, and maximize profitability with minimal risk for the bank. This position will represent the Company in leadership roles to maintain professional relationships, and to increase visibility in the community.
This associate is charged with the responsibility of assisting the BSA/AML Department with the daily monitoring of account activity, detection, and documentation of suspicious activity in customers’ accounts and the subsequent filing of suspicious activity reports as required under the Bank Secrecy Act and the Bank’s BSA/AML Compliance Program and Procedures.
The purpose of this job is to provide support for multi assigned Commercial Relationship Managers in serving the needs of clients and prospects, with regard to loans, deposits, investments, trusts, and insurance products. Support should be provided in all aspects of the commercial lending process to include successful loan closings, and portfolio management subsequent to loan closings. This position will get instructions from the Commercial Banking Support Manager while supporting the assigned Commercial Relationship Managers.

The purpose of this job is to monitor online transactions and online account activity as well as the fraud systems of the bank to detect, prevent, and minimize fraud losses.

The Middle Market and Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager is responsible for collaborating with Middle Market and Corporate Banking Relationship Managers on deal structure and underwriting efforts. Prepares a well written Loan Presentation and Deal Vetting Memoranda. Monitors loan covenant compliance, financial exception reporting, and collateral exception reporting. This role will also ensure timely reviews and renewals of corporate loans, regularly accompany the Middle Market and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager on development calls, attend client meetings and Credit Committee, and cross sell bank products and services.
