The purpose of this job is to lead and direct the compliance and risk management program for Mortgage Management in a manner to ensure effectiveness. This includes the control audit processes, as well as processes that mitigate financial, operating, legal and regulatory risks in the Mortgage Management business lines, and other enterprise oversight groups. This role will work closely with each business line manager of Mortgage Management to ensure effective controls, procedures and processes are established and maintained, to meet both internal and external regulatory and investor standards.
The purpose of this job is to manage and coordinate all the processes, functions and activities pertaining to the administration of assigned client accounts within the scope of the functions of the organizational unit, the administrative capacity classified on the account, and the governing documents of the accounts. Tasks may include account information set up and maintenance, account recordkeeping, transaction entry, statement scheduling, account review, and client communication, interaction, guidance and support, and business development. All tasks are to be performed within the limits and expectations of the current policies and procedures.
This position may be filled as a Level I, II or III. Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply.

The purpose of this job is to provide technical expertise and assistance in all aspects of moving loan applications through the real estate loan process to successful closing and provide assistance with portfolio management after the loans are closed.

Relationship Banker I - Floaters will travel between assigned branch locations for a period up to six months following hire date and will be encouraged to apply for open positions in the interim.
