The purpose of this job is to perform administrative tasks, services, and support for the Wealth Management Division and to support and assist necessary processes that are not specific to the business delivery or operating functions of a business unit within the Division.

As the front-line representative of Trustmark, this retail branch position provides outstanding customer service to our clients by processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and by resolving issues according to Trustmark’s policies/procedures.   The position will also promote Trustmark’s products and services, while exercising good judgment and discretion in a professional manner. The retail designation indicates the need for rotating between branches as needed. (Duties may vary from branch to branch)

Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a current or prospective customer’s satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being.  Utilizing proactive sales/service efforts coupled with the recognition of referral opportunities, Relationship Bankers will deepen customer relationships while also processing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions. (Duties may vary from branch to branch)

Responsible for monitoring third party insurance vendor to ensure all insurance bills are paid timely, adequate coverage is held on all properties and lender placed insurance procedures are followed according to bank policy, investor requirements and federal/state law.  

The purpose of this job is to develop and manage commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability to the bank with minimal risk.  Provides portfolio maintenance and loan administration in accordance with bank policies. This position may be filled as a level II or III based on experience and qualifications met.  

The purpose of this job is to monitor the pay/no pay decisions with the officers/branches, also process the exceptions and incoming returns accurately and timely.

To support communications and marketing efforts through effective management, development, and maintenance of the Trustmark website content; to improve customer conversion and retention by optimizing site quality, usability and performance.

To develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including goals, messaging, CTAs, delivery channels, scheduling, and reporting.   Employee will work within digital marketing platforms and collaborate with members of the Digital Marketing team and product owners/stakeholders to deliver multi-channel campaigns facilitating personalized customer and prospect engagements.   Employee will monitor and measure campaign effectiveness and adjust to optimize performance and goal conversion within digital marketing platforms focused on marketing automation

The purpose of this job is to manage Card Operations to ensure proper balancing and posting procedures are followed for balancing all General Ledger and Deposit Accounts associated with Debit and Credit transactions, oversees ATM Fraud and Credit Card payment processing.
