The purpose of this job is to balance incoming remote capture POD runs from the branches and other locations using the remote capture system.   *This position reports 100% in the office at our Downtown Corporate Office in Jackson, MS.

The Customer Contact Representative I is responsible for professionally responding to inquiries regarding personal account information, related products, services provided in an inbound contact center. Focuses on driving high quality service experience by effectively listening, understanding, and satisfying customers’ needs.

Position is responsible to develop and manage commercial accounts that meet established requirements, focus on customer service and maximize profitability with minimal risk for the bank   This position may be filled as a Level I, II, III or IV.  Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply.

The purpose of this job is to serve all customers by providing mortgage loan information, disclose fees, and gather data necessary to process mortgage requests. 

This position includes opening and distribution of mail, logging in loan packages and assigning to the specialists to review key elements of the loan.  The specialists prepare the tickets, documents, etc. for New Loan Setup to meet FNMA and GNMA’s delivery schedule.
