The purpose of this role is to support the processes that ensure data integrity and accuracy  for required regulatory annual filings for the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Small Business/Small Farm (CRA) Loan Application Registers (LARs).  Additionally, the role requires interpretation of the data through statistical and trend analysis to determine fair lending risk exposure for the bank.   Position may be filled as a Level II or Level III (additional responsibilities and qualifications are applicable).

Trustmark’s myTeller Center Tellers act as the Bank’s personal representative with its customers by building strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. They enhance the customer’s experience by providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service using the myTeller system. Tellers in the myTeller Center support and demonstrate our customer service standards, and are always professional and friendly. The tellers are also willing to work flexible work shifts to accommodate the extended operating hours and business needs of the myTeller Center. The position will also promote Trustmark’s products and services, while exercising good judgment and discretion in a professional manner.

The purpose of this job is to satisfy the customer by providing quality customer service through the processing of a variety of cash and non-cash transactions and to be responsible for the safekeeping of any cash or cash equivalent items in their possession.

Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a current or prospective customer’s satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being.  Utilizing proactive sales/service efforts coupled with the recognition of referral opportunities, Relationship Bankers will deepen customer relationships while also processing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions. (Duties may vary from branch to branch) Relationship Banker II - Floaters will travel between assigned branch locations.

The purpose of this job is to balance incoming remote capture POD runs from the branches and other locations using the remote capture system.   This Remote Capture Clerk position reports 100% in the office at our Downtown Jackson Corporate location in MS.

The purpose of this job is the first review process of new DDA accounts (Checking, Savings, CD’s and Safe Deposit Box), to ensure they were opened according to BSA, U.S. Patriot Act, Compliance and Bank policy.  That all required documentation has been received for said accounts.  Processing and verifying maintenance performed at the branch level: address changes, product type changes, transfer setup and removal, OD protection and removal, CD maintenance, SDB maintenance, and various other maintenance. Assisting the branches and various departments with questions and problems related to CIS.
