Provides operational and administrative support to the CTS Escrow & Title Solutions team. Responsible for assisting with the onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of escrow accounts for title companies. In addition, they will communicate with front line and department associates both directly and indirectly to perfect the data collected and entered into the customer system.
