The purpose of this job is to manage and promote community lending products and activities throughout the Trustmark National Bank service area, with a focus on assisting borrowers in low to moderate and majority-minority census tracts to originate mortgage loans.
Provide a concierge delivery of financial services through a superior level of hands-on contact for the “BEST” customers of the Bank. These clients are high income earners, or high net worth clients. This is accomplished through customized credit, deposit, investment, insurance, and fiduciary solutions in a team dynamic.

The purpose of this job is to serve all customers by providing mortgage loan information, disclose fees, and gather data necessary to process mortgage requests.
This position includes opening and distribution of mail, logging in loan packages and assigning to the specialists to review key elements of the loan. The specialists prepare the tickets, documents, etc. for New Loan Setup to meet FNMA and GNMA’s delivery schedule.
Position is responsible to develop and manage commercial accounts that meet established requirements, focus on customer service and maximize profitability with minimal risk for the bank
