The purpose of this job is to develop and manage commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability to the bank with minimal risk. Provides portfolio maintenance and loan administration in accordance with bank policies.
Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a current or prospective customer’s satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being. Reviews and coordinates routine to moderately complex workouts and/or coordinates short sale liquidations. May be assigned as (SPOC) Single Point of Contact for borrowers or underwriting responsibilities. Maintains compliance with established departmental, Federal and State guidelines and regulations. May work under general supervision.
