The purpose of this job is to prepare the associate for placement in future professional and management roles within Internal Audit and to provide the associate with a knowledge and understanding of the various departments, services, and products of Trustmark
Complete assigned rotations, such as Risk, Corporate Functions, Information Technology, and special projects, and interact with multiple levels of employees and customers
Attend designated classes/training
Community Involvement
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Trustmark focuses on program participants who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement. In addition, interested students should also:
• Earned a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Human Resources or Business Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Scheduled to graduate on or before May 2027
• Detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability to change, innovation, tech savvy and results oriented
• Internship or prior work experience a plus
• Enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industry
Full- Time position located in Jackson, MS.
Must be able to start June 7, 2027
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
