Overview

Provides operational and administrative support to the CTS Escrow & Title Solutions team. Responsible for assisting with the onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of escrow accounts for title companies. Coordinates documentation, manages client communications, and ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.  This position will have significant customer contact and requires the ability to resolve issues and make decisions based on situations and policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in opening, servicing, and closing escrow accounts by bank policies and client instructions.
  • Prepare and process escrow documentation including account agreements, funding instructions, and disbursement records.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems.
  • Serve as point of contact for title company clients; respond to inquiries and coordinate service requests.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for account setup, document signing, and onboarding.
  • Monitor escrow conditions and ensure all requirements are satisfied prior to disbursement.
  • Support resolution of title issues and coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and internal control standards.
  • Collaborate with CTS staff on implementations, training, and client support.
  • Assist in reporting, tracking metrics, and preparing materials for internal reviews.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, escrow, title, or treasury services
  • General knowledge of Federal compliance guidelines pertaining to the protection of sensitive customer information
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal teams and external customers 
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels for the purpose evaluating and monitoring the risk associated with specific products
  • Significant subject matter expertise in Title/Escrow with Treasury Management knowledge preferred.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with escrows or treasury platforms

 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
