Overview

The purpose of this job is to provide daily operational support for the collection and repossession groups.

Responsibilities

  • Letters:
    • Compliance letter – type letters, labels and envelopes and proof of mailing
    • Mailing of all system generated letters
    • Maintaining copies of letters
  • Extension request:
    • Prepare required documents or request same from CDP, update system of record copy, log and mail
    • Utilize Loan Flow to submit documents for extension. Mailing and tracking extension documents to and from customers
  • Filing:
    • Assisting with filing of Special Assets Department documents
  • Mortgage Assistance Packages:
    • Sending packages to customers, reviewing completeness of returned packages and creating letters to customers related to the status of the package
  • Document Imaging:
    • Scanning all compliance letters and other documentation as needed
  • Reporting:
    • Other Operating Department report
  • Ordering Supplies for the Department
  • Paying Vendor Invoices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School and 2 years college
  • 2 years administrative or operational environment
  • General knowledge of Banking
  • PC Word and Excel
  • Data base input
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-starter 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
