Loan Delivery Specialist I

The purpose of this job is to deliver securities accurately and on time by preparing, processing and submitting GNMA I, GNMA II, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac MBS pools, including cash sales.

• Ensure compliance with agency delivery requirements by completing loan pool packages in accordance with specified agency requirements
• Ensure completeness of pools and cash sales by clearing investor edits prior to transmission
• Responsible for processing final collateral documents to the Trust Department for final certification of pool
• Responsible for obtaining Purchase Advice for all Investors and for processing Debit//credit tickets
• Monitor and track original note inventory for all paid in full loans
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Education
• 1-2 years’ experience in Mortgage preferred
• Ability to work independently, successfully prioritize multiple functions and meet deadlines
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Manage time efficiently
• Open and receptive to change and must have the ability to work well under pressure

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
