Mortgage Market Sales Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct daily administrative reviews of mortgage loan applications, ensuring they meet accuracy and compliance standards. The associate will support the mortgage department by managing the application pipeline and coordinating various operational projects as assigned.

• Performs administrative functions to support the department such as, expense requests, ordering of supplies, distribution of mail, answering phones, filing, etc.
• Preparation and distribution of reports and files, Upload documentation into imagine software, and manage secure loan information.
• Complete entire file order outs such as reviewing loan files for accuracy, ordering appraisal, title, fraud guard, and flood certificate.
• Assists customers to resolve questions or concerns.
• Maintains manager’s business calendar reminding them of scheduled meetings and appointments.
• Assist Mortgage Market Sales Manager, or Mortgage Lenders with analysis of income and assets, calculate debt ratios, running of DU and document for processing. Ability to process files if needed including LoanBeam Submission, Completing ECOA Function, and Inquiring about credit scenarios, conducting QA/ QC reviews, and aid with compliance requirements, as necessary.
• Communicate mortgage product options, quote interest rates, accept loan applications, request follow up documents from customers, disclose LE’s, all at the direction and supervision of the Mortgage Market Sales Manager.
• Work in conjunction with the Mortgage Market Sales Manager to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing strategies, sales meetings, open houses, etc., for the defined market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years previous administrative experience
