- 4-year college graduate, with 3.0 or higher

Minimum of 3 years in previous customer service, marketing, mortgage lending or other related experience - Ability to work and identify with a diverse group of borrowers, housing related entities and other community-based organizations
- Working knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
