Overview

Responsibilities are to coordinate the planning and logistics (location, technology, etc.) of HR committee meetings, and assist with the design, modification, and analysis of incentive compensation plans.  This role requires proactive planning, persistence, attention to detail, and analytical skills.  This position works closely with senior level management, Accounting, Risk Management, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating HR governance related activities for committee meetings (Human Resources Committee, Management Human Resources Committee, and Associate Benefits Subcommittee) including the publication meeting agenda and material on the Board portal software, minute preparation and post meeting communications to appropriate stakeholders
  • Responsible for incentive plan documentation and administration including the preparation of plan materials, revisions, and data tracking related to all incentive programs
  • Responsible for providing detailed reports to track incentive payments to ensure compliance with plan documentation and monitor trends and program performance
  • Responsible for coordinating activities related to annual bonus programs including the distribution of communications related to the program and the identification, tracking, and monitoring of bonus eligible participants
  • Responsible for coordinating the administrative activities related to routine Risk Management reviews, and Compliance and Audit requests including the scheduling of meetings for the risk reviews
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of work experience as an executive assistant, paralegal, or legal assistant
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including
  • Excel (required)
  • Word (required)
  • PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of exercising analytical and quantitative skills (math and accounting)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Experience in hosting online video conferencing (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • High degree of professionalism required
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality 

 Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other relevant degree or related field
  • Basic understanding of how to pull reports from an HRIS
  • Knowledge of board/committee meeting preparation and protocols
  • Previous experience with creating presentation materials for high level management meetings,
  • Total Rewards (Compensation and/or Benefits),
  • Incentive Plan Development and Design and or HR data analytics

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
