Computer Operator - Lead

The purpose of this job is to operate under the guidance of Computer Operations manager in order to monitor/operate software and hardware according to pre-set instructions. Train and supervise operations staff. Ensure procedures are current and all staff has through understanding of all processes.

• Lead all staff
• Assist with shift staffing as needed
• Review and monitor operations tickets
• Monitor nightly batch processing for all applications
• Use CONTROLM to manipulate processing as requested
• Monitor ATM and communicate with vendor via ticketing system when issues arise
• Monitor file transfer system
• Monitor computer room and escalate issues as required
• Learn nightly application balancing process
• Learn Service Now ticketing system
• Respond to password reset requests
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school education
• 8+ years of computer operations experience
• Makes rational and timely judgements on the basis of information including relationships, patterns, causes and effects
• Customer service
• Uses various hardware and software programs as required. Microsoft Office
• Oral and written communication skills
• Operates by and adheres to a situation-appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• 8-hour shifts
• Sit for extended amount of time
