  • Overview

    The purpose of this job is to provide extensive administrative support to the managers comprising the Credit Analysis Department, Credit Operations Department, and Senior Credit Officers.


    • Validate enterprise-wide monthly input of market corporate customer financial statement data into the FIUP and IFUP systems on M&I Loan Deposit system.
    • Coordination, input, maintenance of Commercial Loan Approval/Loan Status application Credit Reporting system for enterprise-wide credit approvals/declines process for commercial lending activities
    • Coordinate, order, and invoice Dun &Bradstreet basic credit service as required by lenders and credit officers.
    • Coordination of signature loan approval and review process for commercial lending activities and assist in the preparation and dissemination (scanning, emailing, and delivery) of loan presentation packages.
    • Prepare and maintain minutes of Commercial, Real Estate, Problem Loan Senior Loan Committees.
    • Preparation of executive management and Board Credit Policy Committee quarterly loan portfolio management reports –Loan Declines /Loans Lost, Loan Covenant tracking, and Unbooked Loans.  
    • Development and maintenance of Credit Administration “Loan Preparation Memorandum Procedures Manual” and “Credit Risk Rating Matrix Manual.” and other departmental training manuals.
    • Serve as administrator and user for the following Credit Operations Department vendor applications: e-Oscar Installment and Credit Card Credit Bureau Disputes; written letter credit disputes; Asset Verification for Medicaid; Capital Confirmations for CPA firms; verifications of deposits.
    • Manage accounts receivable billings, collections, and deposits of fee-income derived from verifications of deposit and standard bank confirmations and SSA asset verification fees.
