The purpose of this job is to offer and implement innovative strategies focused on measurable results for Retirement Plan Sponsors and their participants by understanding and meeting client needs, identifying participant behaviors, providing ongoing education programs and the appropriate application of resources.
Coordinates\partners with other departments to develop and deliver various types of communications and presentations. Department for new company relationships and assists in managing existing company relationships as needed
Able to develop and execute project plans and manage multiple assignments at a time and work well under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing or related field required
Previous experience in the retirement plan or benefits consulting marketplace, with demonstrated expertise across various marketing disciplines including client communications programs preferred
